This bird was last seen on February, 2009 and probably flew home and come back here at Lokawi beach, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia on August 25, 2009 as seen today that is after 5 months. So far never, for about 3 years, land on the beach more than one. Always seen it by its own alone. Uncommon bird in the part of the country.
