December 22, 2011 I think the last migratory bird I see around the my living area. It is big bird flocking among the whiskered terns that I see almost all the year round today.

Waders

Another waders are found this year 2011. I am consider lucky that I am able to see these birds almost every year. The phalarope is not predictable to where it uses to be except as long there is water. I was even find it on a small pool of water in the middle of the road and I just could not believe it when I saw it.

Casting non-stop urine?????

Birding is one of very good activities. Giving good exercise to human bodies. When you go for birding, 100% sure that you are breathing clean air. You are giving carbon dioxide to trees and in return you receive oxygen from them. What is a healthy air!! Then, what you see when you are birding....wow! many beautiful birds, many insects, many mammals.....minute living things and what else..... oohhh...many many many more....beautiful flowers etc. Then incredibly what I saw was an inesct-CICADA-casting water unbelieveable intermittently but non stop from its body. May be this insect is drying itself and die because this insect life is very short. See the movie that I record. Have you seen this before?

Shooting at RDC

I went to Rainforest Discovery Centre, Sandakan last week attentionally for Ruddy Kingfisher which was seen two days ago before I reached the location. Birding there for two days but no sign of Ruddy Kingfisher seen. Hopefully next time. While came and went from the location, I shot other birds. There were many birds seen but I could digiscoped a few only. I missed Bornean Bristlhead too.

Rails

Excitedly seeing many rails in the paddyfield. They are about ten of them. I hardly see this many before and most of the time I see one rail only and not approachable. When this bird see you, it quickly runs away to the bushes.
