White-fronted falconet (Microhierax latifrons).
It is a 15cm (6 inches) long bird and claimed the smallest raptor in the world. It is found in Northern part of Borneo. Its normal habitat perching on high branch of dead trees.

Nice site and photos. After all my trips to Borneo, I have yet to see this little guy!
