I could birding for half a day yesterday due to heavy down fall. I only managed to find a female of Banded Kingfisher and a colorful grasshopper. Then I went to beach and there was also rain. I drove back home then.
A new pattern of quite colorful Grasshopper I saw in the field with yellow and red on the long jumping legs and orangish at tips of its antennae. It has two long yellow lines above and as seen just below the compound eye and just above of the walking legs and below the scale of thorax.I can't identify very well and I quess it is a juvenile of Scaly-breasted Munia. Shot it 2 days ago.
Happy birding.
Hehehe nice and Sugud is alive now :)
